The short version
ShoveIQ is a poker training app. Your training data lives on your own device by default. If you create an account, that same data syncs to your account so you can continue on another device. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
What we store, and where
- Training progress — graded decisions, drill results, ranks, streaks, leak reviews and preferences are stored locally in your browser or app storage. Without an account, this never leaves your device.
- Account data (optional) — if you sign in, we store your email address and a copy of your training progress with our database provider (Supabase) so your progress follows you across devices.
- Nothing else — no contacts, no location, no microphone or camera, no advertising identifiers.
What we never do
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We show no third-party ads. We run no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. There is no real-money gambling in ShoveIQ — all chips are play chips and all tournaments are simulated for training.
Deleting your data
Without an account, clearing the app's storage (or uninstalling the app) removes everything. With an account, signing out clears this device, and you can request full deletion of your account and synced data by contacting us — we will delete it within 30 days.
Children
ShoveIQ is a strategy training tool that simulates poker. It is intended for users aged 13 and over and contains no real-money wagering.
